You can purchase a single task for $99 but if you need help with multiple issues you can purchase a 3-pack or 6-pack at a discounted rate per task. The first step is submit your tasks using our task submission form and we’ll follow up within 24 hours to discuss which package is best for you.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
  1. Fill out the task submission form on our homepage or submission page.
  2. If you are planning on purchasing a bundle be sure to check that in the submission form.
  3. We will review your task and respond within 24 hours.
  4. Once we have accepted your task or bundle of tasks we will direct you to the payment page.
  5. Upon successful payment we will begin on the task or first task of the bundle as directed by you.
  6. When the task is completed you will be notified to test and approve the fix.
SHOULD I BUY A BUNDLE?
As you can see from the pricing chart above, single task and task bundles are for a certain number of limited tasks with lifetime validity.
SINGLE TASK:
Who is this right for?
You need help with only one small task and you have a tight budget. Also, you are certain that the task can be completed in less than one hour according to our definition of small tasks.
If you have any doubt about the feasibility of the task, complete the task submission form and we’ll let you know if the task fits our requirements as a single task.
TASK BUNDLES:
Who is this right for?
You need multiple fixes for your Facebook ads or email marketing platform.
Why?
  • Task purchases are for the lifetime. You don’t need to worry if you don’t have a lot of tasks in hand. You can use your tasks anytime.
  • When you buy in bundles, tasks get cheaper. For example our bundle of 6 tasks will cost you $354, which is actually less than the cost of 4 single tasks ($396).

SMALL TASK DEFINITION
Our business is to complete small Facebook advertising or email marketing platform tasks quickly without compromising quality. There are no big scopes, breaking down projects or quotes. Small is anything that is defined by us to be less than 1 hour to complete, including communication.
It is impossible to exhaustively itemize here however below we detail some of the most common types of tasks that are included and not included.
In line with our goal of delivering an efficient and streamlined service, we have to decide what is small and what is not. We approve or reject tasks based on our best time estimation of the job.

We often get asked to “use our best judgment”. Regretfully this is not a realistic demand for a 1 hour job and we consider this to be of high risk for multiple revisions (which often extends the job outside of our time limit). We cannot accept these requests. You must always provide us with the exact specification of the work preferably with a screenshot or a mockup while submitting a task.
WHICH TYPES OF TASKS DO YOU REJECT?

Any single task that we feel risks taking longer than 1 hour. Risk assessment is not always related to the task itself but also in how difficult it might be to communicate the idea with each customer. We don’t do repetitive data entry, entire page redesigns, vector artwork or copy. We are usually good at finding solutions, so feel free to ask us anything. If all else fails, we love to help with our connections and resources in the digital marketing world.

WHAT EMAIL SERVICE PROVIDERS DO YOU WORK WITH?

Our team has experience with all major Email Service Providers (ESP). We can work directly in you current platform, or we can make recommendation and assist with getting the right ESP for you.

DEFINE 'NEXT BUSINESS DAY TURNAROUND' PLEASE

Sure. This means that our developers will start and complete the “First Deliverable” of your small task before the end of the following business day (12AM ET). This does not include any additional time it may take for revisions, fixes, misunderstandings or errors.

CAN I GET A REFUND?

If you purchase a single task and for whatever reason it falls out of scope with our service and is refused, you can use your credit on another task or receive a full refund of your purchase price. If something goes wrong after we have started or finished the task, we are all about being fair so please reach out to us. There are on-boarding costs for us (our time), so we just ask for you to be fair with us as we try to work out a solution. We think there is nothing that good communication can’t fix. Please reach out to us at hello@unionpixel.com before issuing a chargeback with your bank.

Terms of Service:

  • 100% Money back guarantee is only applicable for single task option at $99 if we are unable to accept the task or if the customer don’t want to use the credit for some reason.
  • Displayed is the price per task when sold in the advertised quantities. (1/3/6).
  • Bulk discounts are non-refundable due to the nature of the offer.
  • The 2 business days turnaround is for the first delivery (before 12 AM, ET, 2 days following your submission). Revisions (changes, fixes and/or errors) can take up to 12 hours, and on some occasions longer than 12 hours, if we have an unexpected influx of submissions or unexpected technical issues with your task.
